About the Role

We're seeking experienced Digital Twin Platform Architects to design, build, and operate an advanced digital-twin platform supporting medical management workflows in the payor space. This is a strategic, high-impact role working with cutting-edge technologies like Azure Digital Twins, Palantir Foundry, Celonis, Camunda, and AI agent integration.

You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex healthcare workflows into structured DTDL or ontology-based models, drive feedback loops, and support continuous optimization of payer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement a digital twin platform tailored for payer medical management.

Translate healthcare workflows into DTDL or ontology models using Azure Digital Twins or Palantir Foundry.

Integrate process mining tools like Celonis or Camunda to analyze and improve operational efficiency.

Work with AI/ML engineers to embed agent telemetry and drive real-time feedback loops.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event-driven and IoT-based pipelines.

Engage with business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with payer strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience with digital-twin, ontology, or graph-based systems.

Strong domain knowledge of payer operations and medical management in healthcare.

Hands-on experience with:

Azure Digital Twins or Palantir Foundry

Celonis, Camunda, or similar BPM/process mining tools

Event-streaming or IoT data integration pipelines

Proven ability to work across both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI/agent integration, telemetry, and real-time optimization loops.

Exposure to FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards.

Prior involvement in enterprise architecture within healthcare or insurance domains.
