This position is part of the highly engaged IT Business Relationship Management team. Our team is dedicated to supporting the day-to-day needs of our rapidly growing business while using our business acumen and technical expertise to develop a highly automated and scalable future. Where you come in:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to join us as a Program Leader for our Digital Transformation Initiative. In this role, you will lead and oversee multiple projects that will involve process optimization, data integration, tool selection and optimization, business transformation, and training within our global operations.
  • You will work alongside our Supply Chain and Manufacturing business teams, delivering solutions to automate and streamline our processes to enable scalability in our rapidly growing business.
  • You will analyze complex business problems and identify ways to solve them with technology, focusing on strategic tools.
  • You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to define and prioritize requirements, manage backlog, and ensure delivery meets business objectives. You may be involved in design, development, test, and implementation.
  • You will communicate effectively and work cross-functionally in our matrixed environment to engage resources as needed to facilitate process changes and technology adoption.
  • You will become a champion of Digital Transformation, articulating the benefits of our Transformation Initiative and developing detailed business cases including resource estimation, cost analysis, and ROI calculations.
What makes you successful:
  • You bring strong understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and technologies, including Integrated Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Smart Factory, and End-to-End Integration.
  • You have experience with Oracle or other ERP systems, process and data mapping, and transformation initiatives.
  • You have a keen interest in the way things work and look for ways to continuously improve.
  • You bring a proven track record of leading successful technology projects from inception to delivery.
  • You bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • You are a highly engaged teammate, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business and technology solutions
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in leading IT and business transformation initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in process optimization, data integration, and technology adoption.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, with certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience and Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
