Position Overview:

Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier two troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

Clinisys (Sunquest) experience desired.

Job Description :

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

Application proficiency acquired in assigned area of responsibility, where applicable, within 6 months.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

3 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Is a proven expert in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the relevant application.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
