Position Overview

A client of the 415 Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Strategy Manager (DSM) to lead client success through consultative management, strategic digital marketing execution, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment. The DSM will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, ensuring campaign effectiveness, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Management
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategy, performance insights, and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance throughout campaign execution to maximize impact and results.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
Campaign Oversight & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Oversee and assess client satisfaction metrics (Heartbeats) to ensure strong relationships and positive business outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with Creative, Development, and Account Management teams.
  • Oversee internal approval processes to ensure deliverables align with client goals and strategic direction.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth, including contract renewals and service expansions.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and integrate best practices into client strategies.
Performance Metrics
  • Client retention rate: >90%
  • Client satisfaction (Heartbeats): >90%
  • Pitch team win rate: >90%
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy within an agency or similar environment.
  • Expertise in SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proven ability to develop and present compelling marketing strategies to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, digital advertising tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced setting.
