The Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing advertising strategies and executes within paid search, paid social, and marketplace advertising, along with a broad range of marketing initiatives that drive growth for merchant businesses. Your meat and potatoes will be campaign setup, management, testing, refining creative and targeting, ongoing optimization, and incorporating AI into what we do everyday. We're looking for someone to do more than just fit in; we're looking for someone to make us better. Your passion for paid search is undeniable-you run a tight ship with optimizations, believing the devil is in the details, yet you also work smarter, not harder, streamlining repetitive tasks through automation so you can focus on high-impact strategy and complex problem-solving. As a key team member, you'll contribute to Irish Titan's digital marketing success by supporting clients, sharing insights, and helping drive measurable business impact.

Primary Activities Include:
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (including Performance Max and Shopping Campaigns), Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads. Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest is a plus.
  • Audit account structures and bidding strategies, manage budgets, write ad copy, draft creative, test promotional strategies, conduct a/b tests and incremental lift tests, implement scripts, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance to identify new optimizations for growth.
  • Optimize ecommerce ad performance for key metrics like ROAS, MER, CAC, and CLV to drive efficient awareness, conversion, retention. Have a keen eye for attribution and educating clients on the evolving privacy landscape.
  • Oversee and optimize product data feeds with Google Merchant Center to ensure accuracy and support advanced strategies. Experience with Feedonomics, Channable, or Go Data Feeds is a plus.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute quarterly and yearly marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of client verticals and industry trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities, forecast results based on in-depth analysis, and adapt tactics to align with long-term client goals and market changes.
  • You will often be a thought leader, so the ability to clearly and confidently present ideas in both verbal and written capacity to internal and external teams is crucial.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience with looker studio and reporting dashboard platforms
  • 3+ years of organic search experience (preferably at least 2 years within an agency)
  • Expert-level knowledge of paid search strategy, paid social strategy, and tracking troubleshooting
  • Proven capabilities to work within a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to timely and effective communication, and multi-tasking proficiency
