Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Content Coordinator will work closely with business partners to manage and coordinate digital projects, ensuring the content needs of markets are met on-time and in full. The primary responsibility is to support the E-Commerce team in content creation, facilitating photoshoots, organizing assets, and assisting with content production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
†Project Coordination:
Assist full-time employees and consultants in creating or updating project briefs.
Coordinate photoshoots with agency partners, managing pre-production and post-production needs.
†Content Production:
Gather, distribute, and send products for E-Commerce content production (e.g., packshots, textures, model castings, photoshoots).
Assist the team with E-Commerce Guidelines, ensuring timely releases (including retro-planning for Q4 events).
Support with the organization of E-Commerce Events.
†Administrative Support:
Issue purchase orders (PO) and invoices for the E-Commerce Team.
Lead Product Detail Page (PDP) copy brief creation in collaboration with Marketing.
Oversee the end-to-end process for uploading assets to the OPERA database, ensuring proper usage rights agreements for each asset.
Required Skills:
†Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
†Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining a collaborative work ethic.
†Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
†Experience in digital or content production is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
†Previous experience in e-commerce content coordination or digital project management is a plus.
†Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., OPERA) and digital asset management.
Education: Bachelors Degree
