Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital New Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business
opportunities in the digital space, specifically within digital marketing services. The role requires strong sales and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to effectively
communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Commission Only: 3 month guarantee at $3,500 and 40% commission on all new business.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients including brands, agencies, and other businesses looking to enhance their digital presence.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts, networking, and industry events. Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, digital challenges, and opportunities, leading to tailored proposals and solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position the company as a leader in digital solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, and our digital marketing agency, to deliver customized solutions for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and account status.
Qualifications: - Must have proven experience in new business development in digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, e-commerce, website development, and other online business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2 -3 years of digital sales experience; track record of success in prospecting and closing new business.
