Job Description:
• Our Fortune 150 financial services client is is looking for a Project Manager to support our Customer Resiliency Marketing team. The Project Manager will own marketing delivery across workstreams supporting our customer engagement and offers strategies in a highly well-managed way.
• We are on a mission to build a best-in-class performance marketing organization. With functions spanning consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Client ecosystem.
• Working on the CR Marketing team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing consumer facing creative projects, owning processes and exercising project controls.
• The Project Manager will plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of the deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, forecasting and process.
• In addition, the PM constantly assesses project risks and communicates contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders. They will work with business leadership, designers, Brand creative, research, legal and compliance, product, to develop, manage and optimize marketing programs and campaigns to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the successful marketing delivery of projects for our pod, across channels (app, email, SMS, letters, claims, articles, etc.).
• Manage multiple project plans revising and ensuring dependencies and risks are captured and communicated.
• Communicate clearly with members across our team and with partners throughout the duration of each project.
• Work with leadership to take in, scope, backlog and kickoff work.
• Develop and own all project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
• Solve most project level issues with a high degree of autonomy.
• Propose solutions to senior team members to help solve large-scale challenges.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.
• Awesome attitude and passion for Client's products and marketing.
Minimum qualifications:
• 3-4 years in banking, financial or other highly regulated industries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred Skills:
• High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects.
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
• Experience with various projects types, including email, SMS, letters, digital, etc.
