Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Coordinator to support our Digital Project Manager in delivering outstanding results for our clients. Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the Digital Project Manager with day-to-day client operations, including brainstorming sessions, information gathering, and meeting preparation for digital and creative initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to coordinate deliverables and help craft compelling client presentations.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and workflow documents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and recommend standardized processes for project and resource management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal communications, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and tracking action items to drive follow-up and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital, marketing, or creative environment.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite or other project management/ERP tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital and print production processes, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
