POSITION SUMMARY:
Digital Product Specialist will be an analytical member of our Digital Banking team. This role will support the development and optimization of digital business initiatives focused on sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, planning and external partners for digital, data analytics, and UX / UI initiatives, this position will help enhance our digital banking products and deliver seamless, personalized customer experiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Area Product Management (50%)
- Support the delivery and enhancement of digital sales and marketing campaigns through owned and paid digital channels (e.g. mobile apps, websites, email, social, paid media).
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to track campaign performance and user engagement metrics, generating insights to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for engagement-focused digital features (e.g. onboarding flows, nudges, content personalization, loyalty modules).
- Coordinate user testing and feedback loops to validate assumptions and refine experiences.
- Work with technology teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital features.
Area Analytics & Experience Development (50%)
- Assist in translating customer data and research into actionable product ideas that drive usage and revenue growth.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer engagement tools and digital banking platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Fiserv).
- Exposure to data, cloud warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) and AI tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking and customer journey mapping.
- Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Bank and BSA compliance as well as other laws and regulations as assigned in a timely manner.
- Perform all assigned duties under Bank's compliance programs and related laws & regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital banking products or platforms is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools, data engineering and AI (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Comfortable interpreting customer data and behavior to make recommendations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged period of times; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $25/Hour - USD $30/Hour plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
