Join our team as a Digital Product Manager, where you'll contribute to our innovative portfolio by being assigned to one of our key digital solutions-such as the consumer-facing digital platform, team member Experience tools, document and data automation systems, communications tools, or AI-driven innovations. In this newly created individual contributor role, you'll work with users and a product trio to support product discovery through interviews and testing, assist with rapid experiments, and help deliver impactful digital products. Job Functions and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
  • Develop a user-focused product vision and roadmap for assigned digital product, ensuring alignment with customer and team needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned digital products, from discovery and define through design and deliver
  • Engage directly with users through interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring products deliver meaningful value
  • Conduct product discovery through rapid experiments, testing hypotheses to validate ideas and inform product decisions with evidence-based insights
  • Collaborate with a product trio and broader cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, compliance, and business unit leaders, to translate business and operational needs into actionable product features
  • Leverage AI technologies (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots) to enhance digital products, improve user experiences, and drive operational efficiencies
  • Maintain a healthy product backlog, prioritizing features, technical debt, and stakeholder requests through trade-off analyses to ensure a continuous flow of value
  • Analyze user feedback, product data, and market trends to identify needs and support continuous improvement.
  • Define go-to-market and change management strategies for consumer-facing and/or internal tools
  • Monitor feature progress, risks, and scope, proactively mitigating issues to ensure timely delivery and adherence to acceptance criteria
  • Ensure intuitive user experiences by defining functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with designers to optimize UX/UI for both customers and team members
  • Contribute to the establishment of product management best practices, leveraging your expertise in user-centric development to support the company's new product management function
Key Result Areas:
  • Establish and track objectives & key results (KPIs), such as engagement, conversion, customer satisfaction, and/or internal efficiency, to support our Service Excellence philosophy and drive measurable business impact
  • Deliver user-centric digital products that enhance customer experience and internal operations, validated through evidence-based learning and iterative launches
Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline)
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital product management, including supporting complex software development projects, defining product requirements, and delivering scalable platforms that meet user and business needs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists) and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to consensus in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in a product development lifecycle and with agile methodologies
  • Experience with user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and product discovery (e.g., rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing)
  • Experience with the mortgage industry (origination and/or servicing) preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI in product development or daily workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots, intelligent document processing) is a plus
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas is a plus: consumer-facing digital products (e.g., online platforms, mobile apps), team member experience tools or internal tools, document/data automation (e.g., intelligent document processing), or omni-channel communications tools
Training / Licensing Requirements:
  • Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
The salary range for this position is expected to be $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for annual bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
