Job Title Digital Product Manager - APIs
What does a successful API Product Manager do? The API Product Manager is responsible for the successful launch and maintenance of Fiserv's API products, focusing on operational readiness and commercialization. This role employs Agile methodologies and the Pragmatic Marketing framework for the U.S. market, ensuring that Fiserv's payment card products are innovative and meet the needs of internal and external clients.
What you will do: - Lead the development and launch of innovative API products that drive significant incremental revenue for Fiserv.
- Provide daily support to internal and external clients regarding current product capabilities.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure the successful operationalization and commercialization of products and services.
- Communicate product vision and value to various stakeholders, serving as an evangelist for the product to enhance understanding and engagement throughout the organization.
What you will need to have: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or payment card experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the development and commercialization of APIs, driving successful product launches and market adoption.
What would be great to have: - Relevant certifications in product management or agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in a payment processing environment is highly desirable.
- Practical knowledge of technology supporting payment card products and services.
