Job location: Charlotte, NC or Newark, DE (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital card applications by engaging technology, line of business and marketing partners.
• 3-5 years digital marketing execution and performance data management experience, preferably in digital marketing.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Develop presentation materials
• Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) a plus
• Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA or other) is a plus
• Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshooting targeting, tracking and page tags.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• eCommerce, digital, onsite, interactive media background
• QA testing and validation experience
• Content management system experience
• Spanish speaker a plus
