Location: Summit, NJ

Pay: $152,000 - $205,000

What You Will Do

The Digital Experience Product Owner is responsible for the digital product business design and roadmaps aligned with the People Function objectives in collaboration with internal business partners, IT, operations and key cross functional partners. Key responsibilities includes but not limited to digital strategies and continuous improvement, innovation mindset focusing on process & systems optimization, and ensuring our employees has a seamless experience for Workday and additional global platforms across the HR Digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable the digital strategies aligned with leadership priorities and serve as the subject matter expert for Workday and other HR systems to design for best in class user experience
  • Drive business requirements for innovative People Function enabling technology solutions that will continuously improve the employee experience, reduce the cost to serve, and increase efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
  • Collaborate with the key internal and external stakeholders in the enablement and adoption of digital solutions, new product releases or capabilities across the HR domain
  • Driven by employee insights, drive a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement by maximizing the use of key features, expansion of automation and a focus on self-service
  • Align functional and technical Workday Roadmaps (with focus but not limited to) Compensation / Advanced Compensation product roadmaps with business and digital strategies, such as Workday, Benefit and Payroll systems, etc
  • Assess industry trends on core HR system trends to inform and provide insights to continuously improve the HR Digital Roadmap
  • Responsible for enabling People Digital Experience in support of People Function strategies across the Enterprise, with empathy and perspective of employees and people leaders across the globe as well as contact center and enabling teams
  • Ensure consistent delivery of support services and processes effectively, efficiently, and meeting customer experience standards
  • Drive continuous improvement solutions supported by employee insights (ie. automation)
  • Partner with HR leaders and communications on the employee value proposition that is supported and enabled by HR digital experience/solutions.
  • Portfolio management of business solutions investments ensuring project and steady state costs/resources are available
  • Partner with IT and ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy
  • Responsible for the key performance indicators for the application are established, measured, and reported efficiently and effectively
What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience
  • Workday Design and/or Configuration Experience (Compensation / Advanced Compensation) required
  • Workday Recruit Module Experience - Strongly Preferred
  • Proven experience in developing HR strategies and solutions in order to execute and ensure the availability of resources and best quality service on a global scale
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills; operates as a global leader, adept at understanding and appreciating regional differences
  • Experience managing external vendors, internal relationships, coaching, and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels and key stakeholders
  • Budget management with an understanding of complex organizational factors in development HR solutions
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating the impact of communication efforts with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% both domestically and/or internationally
  • Ability to thrve in a fast-paced, dynamic envieonment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Concentration in HR Application Management, HR Information Systems, HR Infrastructure, and/or HR Technology Business
  • Experience using Workday, Service Now
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Experience in strategy development in People or Human Resource function
  • Experience in data analytics, insights gathering and reporting
  • Experience in Program or Project Management Experience
  • Experience in Change Management principles/best practices and/or Design Thinking

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $152,000 - $205,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
