Join Our Team as a Midweight Product Designer at Pulselive

Hi, I'm Martin, part of the Product Design team here at Pulselive, and I'm excited to invite you to consider joining us as a Midweight Product Designer.

If you're someone who's passionate about crafting intuitive, high-quality digital experiences, thrives in collaborative environments, and is excited by the challenge of designing for millions of sports fans around the world - this could be the perfect role for you.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Midweight Product Designer at Pulselive, you'll work across some of the most exciting digital experiences in global sport - from top-tier clubs to major events and leagues. You'll be designing clean, impactful user interfaces and experiences for both web and mobile platforms, always with a sharp focus on usability, consistency, and quality.

You'll collaborate within cross-functional squads alongside Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to bring fan-first products to life. Whether you're creating high-fidelity visuals, iterating on feedback from stakeholders, or contributing to design systems, your input will be valued throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You'll present your ideas confidently, evolve designs based on real feedback, and play a key part in shaping how fans experience the sports they love.

What We Value

At Pulselive, we care deeply about quality, consistency, and creating digital experiences fans can't live without. We're looking for a designer who's proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership of their work. You'll need to be confident in your design decisions, open to collaboration, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

We're a remote-first company, but for this role, we ask that you're open to spending 8 weeks in the UK for onboarding. After that, you'll be working remotely with our globally distributed teams - so good communication and self-management are essential.

Design Stack and Skill Requirements

You don't need to tick every box - but here's what we're ideally looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and mobile)

  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-centred visual and interaction design

  • Strong grasp of UX principles and a methodical, user-focused approach

  • Experience working within or contributing to design systems

  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Zeplin, and InVision

  • Great communication skills - both in presenting your work and collaborating with others

  • Comfortable managing your own time across multiple workstreams

  • A passion for pixel-perfect detail and design excellence

  • Knowledge of, or interest in, the world of sport is a bonus

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're excited by the opportunity to design meaningful, engaging experiences for global sports fans - we'd love to hear from you.

At Pulselive, your work won't just sit in a portfolio - it'll power the way millions of fans connect with the teams, players, and sports they love every day.
