Summary
The Print Operator will ensure the proper printing of sheets according to customer specifications. The operator is responsible for performing duties according to the job specification.
Key Activities
- Operate HP PageWide C500 digital print systems to produce high-quality products.
- Verify colors by matching customer requirements per job.
- Match proof with sample to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the job.
- Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform machine maintenance.
- Accurately report and record daily production and scrap to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper material handling and loading; maintain a clean working environment; practice safe working habits.
- Additional duties as necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment with minimal errors.
Educations & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of various types of printing systems for digital print required.
- 1 year of digital print experience required.
