Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital PM Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Provide comprehensive data management, support data pipelines, and provide data trends and insights to aid in better informed business decisions. Follow the latest trends in the field of financial services across Data, Digital and Innovation. Use advanced analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets using statistical techniques to provide ongoing insights across Securities Services, including Custody, Funds, Middle Office and Performance Analytics, and influence development roadmap. Acquire, clean, and structure data from primary and secondary data sources, and maintain databases and data systems with proper controls. Partner with technology teams to oversee data integration process for various applications and platforms within Securities Services. Understand technical problems and break down the work involved in solving them, and take the product from concept to launch. Assess and remediate data quality issues with process-driven approach and measurement dashboard. Prototype and develop custom dashboard solutions to provide analytical insights and interactive reports at scale. Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities, as well as work with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize business use cases. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Analytical Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related position involving data analytics and data management. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Full term of experience must include: SQL and Python programming; Visualization tool including Tableau; Cloud technologies including Amazon Web Services (AWS); Data analytics and modeling tool including SAS; Agile methodology; Databases including Hadoop; Jupyter notebooks.
