Job Overview: The Digital Operations Manager will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the bank's digital banking operations to provide an exceptional digital services experience for customers. The role will involve managing the digital strategy for our online branch, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives, and driving digital transformation efforts across the organization. They will oversee daily operations, internal customer support, department reporting and audits.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the digital banking platform, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of online banking and related services.
- Monitoring and improving digital processes regarding account management, transactions, and digital product/service offerings.
- Ensuring all digital banking operations comply with industry regulations, security protocols, internal bank policies, and state and federal banking regulation.
- Leading and managing the implementation of digital banking projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor will be performed in order to address unexpected situations or needs that may arise.
Requirements for this position:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in digital banking operations
- Strong knowledge of digital banking trends, tools, and platforms
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management in the digital banking space.
- Ability to work late and/or flexible hours required
- Occasional road and/or air travel required
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
- Certifications related to digital banking applications, preferred
