With millions of boxes shipped and a die-hard fanbase, we're scaling fast - and looking for a detail-obsessed, trend-savvy E Commerce Merchandiser to join our team.


What You'll Do

As our E Commerce Merchandiser, you'll be the brains and aesthetic behind how we showcase products, push promotions, and build crave-worthy experiences across our site and email. You'll work closely with design, content, and engineering to build merchandising moments that convert - and use Klaviyo to follow up with flows that keep our subscribers coming back for more.

  • Manage product listings, pricing, visuals, descriptions, and categorization on our custom WordPress e-commerce site
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Build and optimize high-performing Klaviyo flows and campaigns - including abandoned cart, upsell, winback, restock alerts, and subscriber retention series
  • Monitor site performance, A/B tests, and user behavior to continuously optimize conversion and AOV
  • Identify and pitch new merchandising opportunities based on trends, seasonality, and snack obsessions
  • Align with inventory and ops teams to ensure product availability syncs with merchandising strategy
  • Report on key merchandising metrics, and use data to drive next steps

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, ideally with a DTC/subscription brand
  • Comfortable working within a custom WordPress site (no drag-and-drop builders here - you speak CMS fluently)
  • Proficient in Klaviyo, including building automated flows, segmentation, and campaign optimization
  • Data-literate - you can navigate GA4, interpret heatmaps, and pull insights without blinking
  • Passionate about great UX, beautiful presentation, and what makes customers click "add to cart"
  • Strong collaborator and communicator who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Bonus if you've worked with snacks, global CPG, or high-volume SKUs
