About the Role
- We're looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to lead digital advertising and campaign execution for Marketer and Creative Persona engagement across the Americas.
- In this role, you will develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns-primarily across social and ABM display channels-to engage core target audiences. You will work cross-functionally to align business priorities, manage campaign budgets and timelines, and report on performance to drive measurable impact.
- This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing team within Adobe's Global Enterprise Marketing organization, where you'll regularly collaborate, share best practices, and test new strategies to accelerate engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to refine strategy and improve efficiency.
- Utilize a variety of digital platforms (paid social, ABM display, etc.) to reach and engage key audiences, driving traffic and engagement on web properties.
- Own campaign performance reporting, optimization, and analysis-identifying key trends, blockers, and strategic opportunities to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with journey stakeholders, analysts, and campaign owners to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, timelines, and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation, timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning, paid media strategy, or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of ABM display and paid social platforms. Experience with account-based marketing and content syndication is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage campaigns tailored to specific personas, including content creation, targeting, and channel selection.
- Highly analytical mindset with deep experience in campaign testing, measurement, and optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills-comfortable leading discussions with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
