Fleur du Mal is looking for a Digital Media Intern to join our team and help drive performance across our paid media channels. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of digital advertising at a fast-paced, fashion-forward brand.


As a Digital Media Intern, you'll work closely with our digital marketing team to support the execution of performance campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms. You'll gain hands-on experience in building ads, tracking and analyzing results, and supporting optimizations using large language models (LLMs). This is an opportunity to learn the mechanics of digital growth marketing from the inside out-perfect for someone who's both analytical and creatively curious.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist in building and optimizing ads across Google Ads, Microsoft (Search, Shopping, Display and Video)
  • Support copywriting through keyword insights and performance trends to inform ad structure and messaging.
  • Organize and track creative testing across platforms; monitor results and flag top-performing assets
  • Utilize BlueFish Ai to monitor sentiments across LLM's
  • Stay up to date on platform best practices, ad trends, and competitors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interest in digital advertising, paid search platforms and LLM's.
  • Familiarity with at least one ad platform Google and Google Ads Editor is a huge plus
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you've worked with data or reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
