As we continue to grow, we are expanding our affiliate and influencer partnerships to scale brand awareness, drive conversions, and nurture long-term collaborations. We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Affiliate & Influencer Manager to own and optimize these critical marketing channels.


Position Overview:

Bask & Lather Co. is looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the planning, coordination, and performance analysis of both paid and owned media initiatives. This person will work closely with internal team members and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and ROI-positive-while also working collaboratively with partners on our email and SMS marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Develop and manage full-funnel digital strategies across acquisition and retention channels
  • Serve as the internal lead coordinating with paid media agencies, providing strategic input, and reviewing campaign performance
  • Partner with the internal creative, content, and brand teams to build aligned campaign narratives and execution timelines
  • Collaborate on product launch planning, promotions, and evergreen campaign strategies across all digital touchpoints

Owned Media - Email & SMS (Klaviyo):

  • Collaborate on the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns and flows
  • Build, test, and optimize lifecycle automations
  • Create and execute ad-hoc campaign sends, monitor performance of email and SMS marketing by partners, and implement A/B tests
  • Manage segmentation strategies to ensure relevant messaging and customer engagement
  • Track deliverability, list health, opt-outs, and revenue attribution to improve retention

Performance Oversight - Paid Media (via Agency):

  • Collaborate with external media buying agencies to inform targeting, creative testing, and scaling strategies
  • Analyze paid media performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, offering insights and feedback based on metrics
  • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, and provide internal summaries and strategic pivots as needed
  • Help identify winning ad creatives, UGC, and angles for future tests and briefs

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Own performance dashboards for email, SMS, and paid to surface insights and opportunities
  • Drive reporting on campaign impact and customer journey performance (acquisition through retention)
  • Partner with leadership to ensure strategies align with business goals and support revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on ownership of email/SMS programs
  • Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, KPIs, and performance metrics (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and performance optimization
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional campaigns
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce and DTC performance metrics
  • Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Triple Whale, or Northbeam) a plus
