Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist & Designer

Job Purpose
  • The Digital Marketing Strategist & Designer plays a pivotal role in supporting Club Fit's mission by focusing on enhancing the Club's online visibility, fostering community engagement, and driving customer acquisition through effective strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. Responsibilities include ad creation, lead generation, content creation, community engagement, analytics tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain a cohesive and appealing online presence.
Operational
  • Prepares and launches social media, email and mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Digital Ad campaigns on META (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and other platforms to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Create targeted Geofence Campaigns over selected areas.
  • Oversee and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, utilizing Hootsuite for efficient content scheduling, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms through cross-channel campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities and incorporate them into the content strategy.
  • Monitor and engage with local community groups on Facebook and event websites. Identifying possible collaboration opportunities within the local community. Create Facebook events for programs and events, and Department Specific Groups to boost member interaction.
  • Enhance SEO and drive web traffic via social media, including producing weekly blogs for improved SEO and Google rankings.
  • Lead retargeting efforts using Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, and remarketing lists.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research for effective targeting and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and monitor analytics, providing regular reports and insights for strategy adjustments.
  • Provide actionable insights using analytics tools like Google and Adobe Analytics.
  • Create a content calendar to strategically promote events, challenges, promotions, trivia, polls, and contests to enhance engagement.
  • Handle photography and videography for promotional material and coordinate photo and video shoots for on-brand content. Capturing and sharing real-time highlights and behind-the-scenes content during events.
  • Use graphic design tools to generate compelling content for print and digital media.
  • Interact and respond to followers through comments, messages, and shares to build a strong online community and promptly address customer inquiries and concerns on social media.
  • Partner with Human Resources to post career opportunities on Facebook
  • Partner with departments to introduce new instructors and promote premier classes.
  • Partner with Instructors, Trainers and other key staff to promote themselves and the Club on Social Media and holding any social media workshops when needed.
    Communication
  • Promptly communicate with Marketing Director if due dates are not easily achievable due to workload or other priorities.
  • 24-hour response time on all communications.
  • Inform Marketing Director of any attendance changes or issues.
  • Interact in a positive manner.
Professional and Technical Knowledge
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or related field.
    • 1-2 years' experience in Marketing required.
  • Ongoing Club Fit Training using the 1huddle platform.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva required.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools (HootSuite, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their respective best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay Range

$30-$32/hour
