Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO & PPC

We are a marketing team that supports multiple companies, including a national franchise brand. We scale our clients without bloated agencies or wasted spending - and now we're looking for someone who can help us sharpen and scale our clients even faster through smart, hands-on execution.
This is a digital marketing role focused on paid ads and SEO. If you love turning data into action, testing ideas, building out campaigns, and driving real results - this is your lane.
You'll work directly with our in-house team and our clients' leadership to build campaigns, optimize performance, and grow lead flow across brands. This role isn't about checking boxes or reporting impressions. It's about knowing what works - and having the skills to make it happen.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll own and execute key pieces of our digital strategy - especially around search marketing and search performance. Expect to be in the weeds, in the data, and in the driver's seat. You'll also coordinate with contractors and creatives to get great work out the door.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns
- Execute A/B tests and dial in conversion strategies
- Collaborate on ad creative and messaging
- Conduct SEO audits and implement technical/content fixes
- Own keyword research, site structure, and content guidance
- Track attribution and lead flow across web assets
- Build dashboards and performance reports for clients (Looker Studio, GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Manage local listings and reputation (Google Business, Yelp, etc.)
- Update and maintain websites (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, etc.)
- Stay on top of trends, tools, and best practice
- Continuously learn and apply the latest news and best practices in AI and voice search to enhance our strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Work Location
This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX. You'll work remotely most of the time with occasional in-person time for planning, collaboration, or strategy sprints. If you prefer more office time, we can accommodate that as well.
