Position Overview: We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist to improve key performance areas such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and overall conversion rates. This role combines a competitive base salary with performance-based compensation, aligning your success with the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.) to maximize ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns for higher CTRs, reducing ad fatigue and increasing audience engagement.
- Analyze purchase behavior and conversion trends, implementing strategies to bridge gaps between high interest (CTR) and sales.
- Test and scale ad creatives, audiences, and messaging based on monthly and seasonal performance trends.
- Use advanced analytics to identify underperforming months or campaigns and create actionable plans to address these gaps.
- Work collaboratively with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Manage ad spend budgets effectively to drive profitability while minimizing costs.
- Provide detailed monthly reporting on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: - Proven track record of improving ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates in digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
- Ability to craft and test A/B ad creative and landing page strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation: - Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience and expertise.
- Performance Bonus: A percentage of compensation tied to hitting defined KPIs, such as improvements in ROAS, CTR, or conversions.
