Marketo expert to add to the Global Campaigns Team
. A hard-working, collaborative and organized marketing individual would be a great fit for this team
. Responsibilities: - Maintains the day-to-day management of email, web, and digital operations including build, QA, deployment, and reporting as assigned by the Digital Marketing Lead Drives and makes recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.)
- Implements the targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns
- Contributes to the design of web experiences from look/feel to content flow, to user experience
- Manages the maintenance of a library of assets and campaigns including asset hierarchy, asset management, etc.
- Help support localization processes for the campaign, including supporting Localization and Activation Managers with campaign localization and adaptation requirements for the geographies
- Collaborate with the internal Digital Marketing Team, Campaign Managers, in-region Field Marketing teams, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to create the best experiences for customers
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in or operations with a heavy focus on B2B marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, engineering and/or relevant field of study
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of creating and executing integrated using tactics that include advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and media
- Experience building and formatting pages and templates Velocity script, HTML, and CSS coding experience, with HTML/CSS skills for both and web
- Marketo Certified Expert
- Adobe AEM or equivalent CMS build experience
- Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on using and
- Experience with B2B, specifically high-tech products/services
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
- Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve engagement Passion to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills
- Demonstrable experience finding ways to drive operational efficiency
- Highly collaborative and has experience working cross-functionally and gathering requirements across teams
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail
