Having sold over 1 million vehicles since inception, NPA plays an important role in assisting clients with liquidating inventory and maximizing returns. Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands.
Objective:
The Digital Marketing Specialist coordinates and executes online marketing strategies to promote tools, services, and events, focusing on channels like social media, email, text, apps and content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, engagement, and generate leads.
- Prepare, plan and execute digital communications
- Coordinate and grow our digital marketing footprint through emails, texts and push notifications
- Stay current on competitor trends and current advertising campaigns while effectively communicating results to management
- Understand the importance of advancing NPA's exposure while maintaining our integrity, image and message
- Provide support and assistance to various individuals within the marketing and media departments
- Build key relationships with new and existing partners and vendors
- Ensure that all information is accurately reflected on all NPA website platforms
- Effectively interact and correspond with all members of the management team
Overview: - Regular, full-time position, reporting to the Marketing Director.
- The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the VP of Marketing, Graphic Designer, Marketing Director, and Marketing Managers, assisting on an array of projects, including digital, media, special campaigns, events and tradeshows.
- Meticulous and detailed, the Digital Marketing Specialist, will be a professional and thoughtful collaborator, responsible for assisting and supporting NPA's current marketing leads by organizing and orchestrating daily tasks, providing feedback and well thought out ideas for strategic growth.
General Responsibilities: - Create, proofread, schedule and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Create and manage email lists and campaigns
- Proof, edit and provide suggestions on all internal and external marketing collateral
- Research, coordinate and negotiate prices for equipment, marketing materials, food, beverages, entertainment, etc. for events and meetings held by NPA
- Maintain a supply of office marketing collateral (including brochures, calendars, dealer packets, lender packets, promotional sheets, etc.) while ensuring all collateral is current and correctly displayed at each facility and/or event.
- Manage swag and sticker inventory
- Report and maintain company press in magazines and editorials
- Create and distribute monthly auction recaps and employee appreciation
- Brainstorm monthly ad concepts, social media and marketing campaigns with the team
- Set up and conduct photoshoots
- Collaborate with graphic designer and IT department to update website
- Frequently review NPA's website for accuracy
- Effectively and regularly communicate with the media, telemarketing, IT and Business Development departments
- Stay current on all marketing campaigns and promotions
Social Media Responsibilities: - Build social media schedule
- Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content for target audiences
- Publish content on a weekly schedule to maintain engagement
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way
- Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
Job Skills: • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO tools, and email marketing software
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Some travel may be required.
Monday through Friday
Education High School Diploma or completion of higher academic level
Experience 1-3 years of experience Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent field
Powersports or automotive industry experience a plus.
Experience using a CRM, Microsoft 365, Adobe products, MailChimp, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, SlickText, Teamwork or a comparable project management platform preferred.
