Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 5-8 years of experience to join our growing in-house marketing team. This role will help drive our digital strategy by developing and executing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and web content. You'll collaborate with technical and creative teams to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and deliver measurable results. We are in a Hybrid office policy and open to this person sitting in any of our New England offices.
What you'll do: - Manage and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Create, launch, and analyze digital ad campaigns using Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Develop email campaigns in MailChimp and track engagement
- Assist with SEO, website updates, and content optimization
- Interpret analytics and support continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts.
What you will bring: - A relevant bachelor level degree and professional writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
- 5-8 Years of hands-on experience in digital Marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
- Excellent writing and content creation skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar
- Proven experience managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and website CMS platforms- WordPress experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze digital marketing performance data (Google Analytics, social insights, email metrics) and make actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, data driven, and results focused mindset
