This is a unique opportunity to support a brand that's not only synonymous with digital transformation but also known for redefining how technology intersects with everyday life. Their mission? Connect people with possibility-through search, data, and storytelling.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join a high-impact marketing analytics team. In this role, you'll lead the development of key measurement strategies that demonstrate the incremental impact of multi-channel media campaigns. This is a highly strategic and technical role for someone passionate about marketing data, incrementality, and business insights at scale.

You'll work closely with marketers, analysts, and agency partners to deliver accurate performance insights and unlock growth opportunities through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement campaign measurement plans that drive brand and performance marketing outcomes.
  • Lead analysis of media effectiveness (e.g., brand lift studies, conversion lift tests, matched market analysis).
  • Use data to tell a compelling story-transforming findings into actionable insights and presenting results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop benchmarks, metrics, and test design protocols that scale globally with regional nuance.
  • Provide strategic direction to agencies/vendors while maintaining ownership of analytics programs from ideation to execution.
  • Drive meta-analyses to identify best practices and proactively surface risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital media measurement.
  • Deep understanding of incrementality testing methodologies and attribution models.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and geo-testing frameworks (e.g., matched market tests).
  • Strong statistical skills, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and significance testing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience in regression analysis (Linear, Logistic, Ridge) and survey data analytics (e.g., segmentation, conjoint analysis).
  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
