At LCI Barcelona and reporting to the Head of Marketing & Enrollment, the candidate will be responsible to implement marketing strategies on digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical professional, capable of executing effective campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads and increase conversion on our digital platforms. You will be a key member of the talent and culture international team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan and optimise advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok
- SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website ranking and increase organic and paid traffic.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse key metrics (KPIs) of campaigns, web traffic, conversion rate, return on investment (ROI), among others, to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
- Social Media Management: Supervise the content for the company's social networks, with the aim to interact with the audience, and increase the brand's online presence.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment contact lists and analyse their effectiveness.
- Content Generation: Collaborate with design and content creation teams to develop visual and written material that resonates with the target audience.
- Web Strategy: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the site is optimised for conversion, and to implement conversion strategies (landing pages, forms, etc.).
- Market Research: Stay abreast of trends and developments in digital marketing and competition to implement innovative tactics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sector.
- Knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, D365, Dynamics, SEMrush, Kolsquare, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Skills in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Visual and written content creation skills (preferably with experience in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on campaign performance.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
