Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Description: The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to facilitate the day-to-day execution of digital advertising for T.I.E. Industrial websites, including , and . This work will be accomplished via a combination of managing external agency partners, working with internal subject matter experts and hands-on work. You should be skilled in digital content creation (written, video, images, etc.) with a solid background in SEO best practices, Google Ads and Social Media Advertising. The Digital Advertising Specialist will drive plans and strategies that align with the specific needs of the company and customer audiences.
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Skills / Qualifications:- 3-5 years of demonstrated Digital Marketing experience (B2B not required, but a plus)
- Solid understanding and ability to successfully implement SEO strategies. Including technical requirements, content writing, keyword research and identification, linking strategies, etc.
- Knowledge of other Digital Marketing programs (Paid, Social, etc.) and/or willingness to learn
- Google Analytics certification
- Wordpress or other CMS experience
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Strong PC and MS Office Skill
- Self-starter with the ability to excel in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills
Position Duties:- Priority 1: 50% of Schedule- Website Content creation
- Create and implement content calendar and content strategy
- Work with internal subject matter experts to identify topics that will resonate with customer base and drive SEO traffic
- Build and manage network of external content creators
- Create/edit and post content to website platform
- Priority 2: 25% of Schedule- Monitoring and Reporting
- Using analytics and SEO monitoring tools, consistently measure results and impact of Digital Marketing efforts
- Proactively communicate status of programs, report out on progress and maintain clear, concise notes for communication to stakeholders and partners.
- Leverage analytics data to make continuous improvement decisions
- Priority 2: 15% of Schedule - General Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with strategy development and implementation of PPC, Social, Email and other marketing programs
- Additional marketing support as needed
- Priority 4: 10% of Schedule - Admin and Communication
- Proactively communicate status of programs, report out on progress and maintain clear, concise notes for communication to stakeholders and partners.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
