Our digital training and coaching develops entrepreneurs, in turn generating new employment opportunities. We nurture start-ups across multiple industries ranging from AI, Digital, Engineering, IT, Retail, Sustainability & Services.
ENGAGEMENT :
Location: Remote, anywhere in India
Duration Internship/ Contract/ Full-time - This opportunity would start with 3-6 months engagement based on skills, credentials and mindset with strong possibility for full time role
Stipend/Salary RANGE:
The compensation structure includes Fixed plus Variable bonus depending on experience, skills and performance.
Stipend: 10-20 K for internships
Salary: 25-40 K per month for those with 3+ years relevant experience
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence and engage target audience. You will create and implement the marketing strategy to gain new customers. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering digital campaigns for various audiences. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing and related best practices, novel ideas, trends, audience demographics, and effective digital communication strategies.

THE ROLE:
A digital marketing lead/ manager/ specialist is like an conductor, orchestrator and influencer' who focusses on leading the digital marketing campaigns across online platforms to promote products or services. They are supported by a team of Module Architects, Storytellers, Researchers, UX/UI Designers and Video Editors.
They leverage their online presence to build brand awareness, engage with their audience, and drive traffic or sales for the businesses they collaborate with. Success in this role often requires a deep understanding of Digital and Social media trends, audience demographics, and effective communication strategies.
This involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, optimizing website performance, run PAID ads and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness, increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage our digital outreach and social media strategy.
- Define most important KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
2. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in Technology, FinTech, AI, Sustainability, Retail, E-commerce, IT. And Social Media space.
3. Idea Generation: Brainstorming and contributing creative ideas for launching new products, services, or processes across the lifecycle from Ideation, Design to Development and market release.
4. Prototyping Assisting in the creation of prototypes or mock-ups to test and validate innovative concepts
5. Digital Content Development
(a) Support social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn etc.
(b) Create engaging and effective digital training content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, quizzes, and assessments.
(c) Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
(d) Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
6. Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize as necessary
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Prepare reports on social media marketing efforts.
8. Brand Advocacy:
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
9. Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers, answer calls to respond to queries and comments, and manage online communities.
- Foster relationships with key influencers and industry professionals.
10. Analytics and Measurement: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like Click-through-rates (CTR), Cost per Click, Cost per impression and NPS to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments.
11. Event Coordination: Planning and executing events like Digital Workshops, Webinars, or initiatives that showcase products and interact with potential users/ learners
12. Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team over call to provide marketing materials and support to help them sell our products effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of paid ads, web design, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Education in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Media, or Public Relations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Graphic design skills.
- Video production and editing skills.
Working Environment
- This is Remote position anywhere in India (or globe),
- Remote work and flexible hours are available.
- Occasional travel may be required for events or meetings.
