We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with our company's digital advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include monitoring marketing campaigns and working with the team to increase site traffic and lead generation. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and data-driven with experience in Google and Facebook Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities: - Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
- Implement Digital Marketing Strategies utilizing various channels including SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Track and analyze primary metrics, revenue, and paid marketing initiatives weekly and monthly. This will be done in ad platform: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads, and in Looker Studio reporting.
- Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with vendor partners to track performance, monitor deliverables, and optimize campaigns.
- Project manage new service integrations
Required skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, or New Media, or other degree with marketing work experience.
- 2-3+ years of experience with paid media, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications: - Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, Facebook Ads Certification
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Facebook Ads platform
