Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Gardena, CA
Employment: Full-time; Direct-hire with benefit package
Pay: $60-$65K (DOE)
Working hours: 8am-4:40pm with Flexibility; 40-min unpaid lunch time & 20-min paid break
Summary:
Our client is a textile and fashion wholesale company specializing in fabrics and private label apparel. They are looking for a self-motivated digital marketer to lead their B2B marketing efforts and help grow their online presence.
This role will oversee the strategy and execution of B2B digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is independent, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects. You'll collaborate closely with the company's marketing, sales, and private label teams to align messaging with customer needs and ensure qualified leads are passed to the appropriate departments.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage B2B digital marketing strategies
• Create content (copy, photography, video) for web, email, and social media
• Coordinate with third-party developers to launch a new B2B website
• Maintain and update website content post-launch
• Monitor and respond to inquiries or leads from the website; direct them to the sales team as needed
• Plan and execute email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Work with sales and internal teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs
Qualifications
Required:
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B
• Content creation skills (writing, photo, basic video editing)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
• Proficiency in email marketing tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Experience in the textile or fashion industry
• Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics
• Interest in the textile and fashion field is a plus
