General Summary:
Under direction from the Manager of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and monitoring of digital communication initiatives and tools that promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience. This individual will manage and ensure department platforms are being fully leveraged to support marketing campaigns and organization goals including frederickhealth.org, provider and location listings, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Chatbot, and additional digital tools. This position requires a brand champion who can work across teams and support the key functions of digital marketing including website, email, and mobile marketing, reporting/analytics, SEO, and social media.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
A. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field and three years relevant experience
B. Motivated to update and maintain a positive user experience across multiple websites. Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus
C. Digital marketing experience, including SEO/SEM, Google My Business listings, email marketing, and expertise with social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
D. Content development experience. Will meet with various team and community members to develop campaigns including writing, scheduling and project management.
E. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
F. Working knowledge of web design and maintenance is a plus.
G. Must be a problem solver, identify solutions and work with teams to execute.
H. Motivated to lead teams, strategize, and find innovative solutions to differentiate Frederick Health and educate the community on our services.
I. Working knowledge of reporting and analytics as well as social and digital management systems is preferred.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Pay range: $58,000 - $85,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
