Job Description: The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting product owners in the day-to-day operations of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for e-commerce digital solutions. This role plays a key part in cross-functional collaboration, documentation, task preparation, and backlog management within the digital product team.
Compensation: - $40.97/hour, Paid Bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities: - Support Product Manager and Product Owner across several digital initiatives within a product portfolio.
- Document notes and meeting recaps from Standups, Core Hour calls, and Working Sessions.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), bug triaging, and task tracking within JIRA.
- Prepare tasks in JIRA for Designers, Copywriters, and Business Analysts based on aligned team decisions.
- Review Business Analyst (BA) UI and functional stories before Entry Amigo submission.
- Assist with Discovery work and Epic requirement creation.
- Work cross-functionally with internal business units, external vendors, and the IT/tech teams to deliver work aligned to strategic plans.
- Plan and prioritize product backlog based on business value and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Researchers to help define and refine future product strategy.
- Act as an advocate for the customer while balancing business goals and priorities.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in the digital field.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to accurately capture notes and decisions during meetings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Product Owner experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and principles is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA is a plus.
