Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL (4 days a week onsite)

Role Type: Contract - hire

Pay: $38-40/hr (40 hrs/week) on W2

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives and support broader digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will manage our email campaigns and help enhance our digital presence across various channels. This role is a contract-to-hire position based in downtown Chicago, requiring four days on-site and one day of remote work per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, both transactional and promotional, ensuring effective customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage marketing automation using HubSpot, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly analyze email campaign performance, utilizing data to draw insights, refine strategies, and improve overall campaign ROI.
  • Ensure seamless integration of email marketing strategies with CRM systems to enhance customer data management and journey mapping.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies and managing paid ads to boost online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with brand management and content teams to align digital marketing campaigns with overall brand objectives.
  • Regularly update website content within the CMS to maintain engagement and optimize user experience, ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas and tools to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of concentrated experience in email marketing, with proven expertise in managing large-scale email campaigns.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, with practical knowledge in advanced features like audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
