We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling content that communicates our brand message and that of our manufacturer partners while engaging our target audience. You will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing online presence, and driving measurable results through SEO, analytics, paid advertising, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, and other tools to track campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Create and present KPI reports to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital campaigns.
  • Design engaging ad content and landing pages using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans, including social media, email marketing, and paid promotions.
  • Oversee and refine paid promotion strategies while monitoring performance metrics.

Inbound & Outbound Marketing

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, including content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Drive outbound marketing efforts, including display advertising and direct response campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, focusing on social media, email marketing, and paid promotion.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing collateral and ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
