About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Integration Specialist - a strategic and hands-on marketer who knows how to turn leads into pipeline.
In this role, you'll lead campaigns across email, social, and paid media while managing segmentation, automation, and reporting. You should understand how marketing supports the sales process, be data-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building systems, and collaborating with sales and creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage digital campaigns (email, paid ads, SMS) that support lead gen and sales
- Design automated workflows, drip sequences, and outbound sequences in HubSpot & Mailchimp
- Own CRM segmentation, tagging, and audience targeting across contacts and buyer personas
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Power BI, and CRM dashboards
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing execution with sales priorities
- Optimize the funnel from MQL SQL Conversion

You're a Fit If You:
- Have 2-5 years in digital marketing, CRM/email marketing, or demand generation
- Understand the sales process and how to support it with marketing
- Love working with data and building automated, personalized journeys
- Are detail-oriented, self-directed, and collaborative
- Bonus: You've worked with schools, B2B brands, or growth-stage consumer products
