We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and results-driven marketer to join our B2B marketing team remotely. This full-time role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our brand presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives and compelling content creation. The ideal candidate will combine strong research, writing, and editing skills with extensive experience in SEO, paid media, digital platforms, and analytics, actively contributing to the continuous optimization of our marketing operations and infrastructure to strengthen MXR's online presence and connect with our audiences effectively. Job Responsibilities - Marketing Foundations: A commitment to continuously optimizing our marketing operations and a collaborative drive to strengthen our technological foundation for enhanced effectiveness.
- Web Page Development: Collaborate with the team to develop SEO-optimized web pages and product pages, while ensuring alignment with our product offerings and target audience.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, informative materials across multiple platforms and for all stages of the customer journey including educational resources such as, infographics, educational videos, SEO landing pages, guides, case studies, FAQs and relevant product-focused content for decision-making.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website technical SEO elements, including site architecture, crawlability, indexability, page speed, and structured data, to enhance search engine performance to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
- Digital Strategy Integration: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with growth goals: focusing on boosting online visibility, advancing engagement, and increasing lead generation.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) on search engines and paid social media advertising.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Account Engagement, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance. Use A/B testing and data insights to evaluate what's working, refine strategies, and translate learnings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with internal teammates and cross functional partners including sales, sales enablement, product, and operations to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Messaging: Develop and implement strategies to effectively segment our broad target audience across diverse medical facility types and career specialties, enabling highly impactful and tailored nurturing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency & Alignment: Ensure consistent and professional brand representation across all marketing materials and channels, developing customer-centric strategies that align with our unique selling proposition and engage segmented audiences.
Technical & Professional Skills - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, with a proven ability to build and optimize marketing infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, basic troubleshooting, and functionality optimization.
- Skilled in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experienced in segmenting broad target audiences across diverse medical facility types and career specialties to enable highly impactful and tailored nurturing strategies.
- Proficiency in applying advanced SEO best practices (on-page, technical, and off-page), managing content efficiently within Content Management Systems (WordPress), and leveraging key digital marketing platforms and analytics tools for optimized campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, basic troubleshooting, and optimizing site functionality.
- Proven experience leveraging diverse analytics platforms to rigorously evaluate marketing performance metrics, identify actionable insights, and proactively optimize digital strategies for improved ROI and efficiency.

- Ability to apply basic HTML/CSS for updating and optimizing website and landing page content, including the implementation and management of UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
- Proficiency in utilizing Elementor for comprehensive website content updates, layout adjustments, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal web functionality.
- Demonstrated experience in brand development, strategic branding initiatives, and consolidating brand identities across diverse platforms.
- The ability to conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video content for diverse marketing channels (e.g., web, social media, ads) that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Strategically leverage AI and advanced analytics to process vast web-based data for actionable insights and enhance content creation processes to produce human-quality, detailed information that solves for our target audience's needs, continually exploring innovative AI applications across all digital marketing efforts.
Compensation & Benefits We believe in supporting our team members with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to foster well-being and financial security. For this role, the
salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
