Your role: In your role as Digital Marketing Manager, your primary purpose will be to assist Oklahoma Central Credit Union in living out our Brand Promise, 'Your financial well-being is our reason for being', by delivering outstanding service to both internal and external members. The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure consistent, strategically aligned messaging across all digital and traditional marketing channels to strengthen brand presence and drive growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to review and refine creative content, ensuring brand integrity, message relevance, and quality. In addition to overseeing day-to-day campaign execution, you will play a key role in leveraging the organization's CRM to drive member engagement, monitor/optimize campaign effectiveness, and implement data-driven, personalized communication strategies across all marketing initiatives.
In this role you will: - Be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure consistent, relevant, and brand-aligned messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, email, social, and in-branch media.
- Play a key role in leveraging the CRM system to create segmented, personalized marketing campaigns that enhance member engagement to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals and member needs.
- Oversee internal and vendor-produced creative content and materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging strategy, and quality standards.
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic improvements.
- Comply with all security guidelines related to physical and information security.
- Comply with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations as they relate to the position.

RequirementsWhat we're looking for: You're accurate, organized, punctual, and thorough. You are adept at building relationships both inside and outside of the organization. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, and exhibit diplomacy and tact in all communications. You possess excellent project management skills and can coordinate a variety of projects.
You'll need to have: - A bachelor's degree or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
Even better if you have: - Experience in the banking industry
