Job Description
Future Bars Group - the largest bar group in San Francisco - is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our Cask Stores brand. Cask is known for its curated selection of artisanal and limited-edition spirits, craft brews, and wines, available both online and in-store.
This is a 6-month Full time project-based role with the potential to contribute significantly to our marketing strategy, storytelling, and customer engagement. Reporting to the COO, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive sales, and support seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy/Brand Marketing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Cask brand visibility and drive customer engagement
- Website & SEO:Develop and optimize web pages using SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and visibility
- Social Media:Use the appropriate social media platforms, write posts, manage publishing, track performance, and engage with the community
- Paid Marketing Campaigns:Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns via the right channels to reach the right audiences
- Email Marketing:Track email content marketing performance, determining campaigns longevity based on marketing effectiveness and product inventory levels. Identify site and email A/B testing opportunities, gain learnings to deploy into marketing strategy
- Analytics: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to deploy marketing strategies
- Special projects: Create and implement seasonal promotions and local campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, and web content management
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (Shopify preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Proven success managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Yelp and third-party platforms
