JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Optimization/Personalization Manager
LOCATION: Pleasanton, CA (50% onsite)
DURATION: 9+ Month Contract
RATE RANGE: $75-$80/hr (W2)
TOP 3 SKILLS:
- 3+ years of related experience in Digital Marketing and Optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, including implementation, configuration, and analysis.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This team runs website optimization and personalization for our client. They are a US-based, globally operating, award-winning, high performance team, and they truly look forward to collaborating with you to lead all aspects of the day-to-day management, operations and communications of the website optimization program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously assess and enhance website performance, user experience and conversion rates.
- Ideate, create and maintain Adobe Target activities, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences.
- Develop and maintain custom Target code, including Web SDK and other relevant libraries.
- Integrate Adobe Target with other marketing technologies, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe CDP.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing Technology, Digital Marketers Analysts and Designers to plan and execute personalized and A/B testing initiatives.
- Enhance user engagement and drive business growth by delivering tailored personalized experiences to prospects and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Target features and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for Adobe Target implementations and processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our testing and personalization framework.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website experience, such as landing pages, CTAs, layouts and content.
- Hands-on technical experience with creating and maintaining A/B tests, Personalization initiatives using Adobe Target or similar technology.
- Leverage analytics and usability findings to identify and prioritize testing opportunities.
- Ability to consolidate and organize test results and clearly report and communicate test findings.
- Maintain a roadmap of A/B test initiatives and personalization campaigns to support Adaptive Planning.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders/teams across Marketing organizations to set up optimization campaigns.
- Understand and manage the intricacies of scaling an optimization program across regional digital properties including localization and collaboration with Regional Marketers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on design of experiments including test structure, definition of primary and secondary success metrics, and experiment duration calculations.
- Ensure timely execution of optimization campaigns, monitor results and share results with stakeholders, recommend next steps and communicate recommendations to appropriate teams.
- Manage and support ongoing optimization initiatives for our client including planning, idea management intake, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting.
