As a Digital Marketing Manager for Brandon Blackwood New York, you will be responsible for measuring digital experiences and performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and assisting with testing and personalization of the user experience. This position will play a critical role in advising on how to deliver a great digital experience to grow the business and inform strategy.
What You'll Do
- Analyze digital performance and marketing effectiveness across all platforms, including website unique visitors, email clicks, media click-thru-rate, social engagements, and revenue to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, risks and insights to optimize ROI.
- Manage and lead our website business overseeing daily operations, sales performance, site maintenance and analysis. Identify, recommend, and execute strategies that drive awareness, increase website traffic, conversion rates and profitability by leveraging analytics and email testing.
- Partner with the design team to maximize Klaviyo automations to create on-brand, targeted consumer notifications and optimize user experience.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies, utilizing Klaviyo and Attentive for advanced segmentation, behavioral targeting, and campaign execution.
- Design and oversee customer loyalty programs with a focus on enhancing the customer journey and long-term brand engagement.
- Grow and retain marketing lists by implementing effective strategies, segmentation tactics, and retention-focused initiatives, utilizing Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
- Manage and improve online content, including Meta Ads considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay within budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
About You
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel (including pivot tables), and marketing analytics tools, with expertise in tracking and interpreting data across email, social, SEM, and sentiment metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required) and Attentive (preferred) for email and SMS marketing, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a proven ability to generate actionable SEM insights and performance reports.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics and data management across digital channels including website, ecommerce, paid media, and social.
