Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Miami (Hybrid, 3-4 days per week in-office, Brickell)

Compensation: $80,000 per year plus $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus = $90,000

Reports to: Head of Marketing + CEO

We're looking for an organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and coordinate our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is less about high-level strategy and more focused on effectively managing various marketing components-from ad buys to PR relationships, overseeing asset production, campaign creation, and managing our content calendar.



What You'll Do

Content Calendar Management & Execution

  • Maintain and execute a rolling 3+ months content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, email, blog, and website, aligned to promotions, events, and spa activities.
  • Oversee Marketing Coordinator with internal teams (spa managers, estheticians) to gather ideas, produce assets, and ensure timely posting of content.
  • Ensure content is accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with marketing goals.

Campaign & Asset Coordination

  • Oversee the development, coordination, and execution of campaigns for promotions, events, product launches, membership pushes, and new spa openings.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring creative assets are produced on time and on budget, coordinating freelance designers, photographers, or agencies as needed.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries for easy access across the team and external partners.

Advertising & Promotions Management

  • Coordinate digital ad buys (Meta, Google, TikTok), relationships with ad firms, and out-of-home advertising placements.
  • Manage promotional campaigns in collaboration with landlords and local retail businesses, ensuring seamless execution and cross-brand consistency.
  • Set up and manage referral programs, affiliate marketing initiatives, and loyalty programs.

PR & Community Relations

  • Manage PR needs for Publicist
  • Organize street team initiatives and grassroots marketing efforts to build local brand presence and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee relationship with landlords, BIDs and other local organizations

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance across all platforms, ensuring clear visibility into KPIs (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, bookings).
  • Provide monthly dashboards and insights, adjusting execution based on performance data.

Multi-Location Coordination

  • Customize and execute localized content, promotions, and campaigns that resonate with individual spa communities in NYC, DC, and Miami.
  • Communicate closely with local spa teams to gather feedback, coordinate asset creation, and ensure timely implementation.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and analyzing member surveys
  • Managing publicity and media relationships
  • Setting up and improving Yelp and Google reviews
  • Coordinating landlord cross-promotions
  • Developing B2B partnerships
  • Managing events and promotions with local offices
  • Cross-branding with other retail businesses


You're a Great Fit If You

  • Have 5+ years experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously across digital channels (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer services preferred).
  • Are a high energy, driven individual that thrives in fast-paced environments where your attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask are critical.
  • Have hands-on experience managing content calendars, ad buys, campaigns, and asset production.
  • Write clear, effective, and engaging copy across social, email, and website platforms.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience managing PR and influencer relations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Yelp).
  • Experience with B2B Sales
