Job Description
- Lead on 5 year digital marketing strategy across multiple brands
- Improve owned, earned and paid media via campaign planning
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Line manage 2 members of the digital team to ensure delivery of wider strategies
- Manage an external agency ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Manage paid media and agency budget
- Develop digital performance KPIs in collaboration with the Digital Analyst
The Successful Applicant
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with paid media
- Understanding of wider digital marketing channels and strategies
- Experience working within the charitable sector is desirable, but not essential
- Ability in managing marketing budgets and agency spend
- Data driven approach and an ability to use data to improve processes
- Experience in developing SEO strategies and implementing SEO insights
- Collaborative approach in building relationships within the immediate digital team but also with stakeholders in other departments
- A commitment to DEI principles and putting them into practice throughout work
