Compensation Range: $44-46/HR W2Job Description: The Marketing & Communications Department plays a key role in helping to promote philanthropic work both locally and in Israel. In addition, the team plays a key part in developing ongoing and effective communication with existing clients as well as garnering in new clients. Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing The Foundation's website, social media platforms, and managing the day-to-day department tasks. This opportunity will best suit someone who is eager to make a difference in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Overarching Duties
- Develop marketing communications strategies that help to build client loyalty, attract new clients, and elevate The Foundation's brand in the marketplace
- Create compelling content across all platforms that strengthens brand recognition and tells The Foundation's story in a compelling fashion
- Ensure consistent branding/corporate identity across marketing communications channels
- Work strategically and collaborate effectively with colleagues and the executive team while exhibiting flexibility and adaptability
Website
- Oversee all content as well as visual elements of the organization's website
- Update website on a continual basis
- Working with web consultant, oversee continual enhancements of website, user experience, and SEO
- Edit content for the website and other electronic communication usages
- Ad hoc needs
Administrative
- Analyze and report on marketing campaigns through Google Analytics quarterly, and maintain the marketing department statistics dashboard
- Support special communications projects, including board meetings, PowerPoint presentations, article reprints, and others as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, including graphic designers, freelance copywriters, photographers, printers, and other consultants; expand the pool of freelance talent
- Help manage department budget
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing medium-large scale website
- Expert in Wordpress
- Proficiency in email marketing automation (client uses constant contact, open to any)
- Proficiency in all social media platforms
- Canva experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, senior-level executives, and high-level donors in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice to haves (not required)
- Proficient in Hootsuite and/or Google Analytics
- Interested in philanthropy and grantmaking
