As the Strategic Digital Marketing Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies across digital channels for a portfolio of dynamic, culture-driven brands. Sitting at the intersection of Brand Marketing and Digital, this role serves as the key connector-translating campaign briefs into robust, insight-led tactical plans that deliver business impact and consumer relevance.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop integrated, performance-based digital marketing strategies rooted in consumer insights and data.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable, cross-channel digital plans spanning media, social, content, and creative.
- Partner with brand and digital leadership to shape campaign architecture and drive measurable outcomes.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor and support the growth of digital planning talent while enhancing cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, media, and analytics to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence and consistency.
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead strategic planning sessions, establish campaign direction, and align cross-functional teams from concept through launch.
- Manage pre-production planning and execution across multiple brands and digital activations.
- Deliver executive-ready campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage digital analytics tools to evaluate performance and consumer behavior, turning data into strategy.
- Provide actionable insights that optimize future campaigns and enhance digital investment efficiency.
- Stay ahead of trends and tools that elevate digital performance planning.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, integrated marketing planning, or brand strategy.
- Demonstrated success building and executing digital campaigns across social, paid media, and owned channels.
- Strong understanding of the consumer journey within the digital ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
