Job Summary: The role is responsible for managing the brand's app, website, and digital marketing efforts, focusing on demand generation and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the yearly social and digital marketing plan, including app strategy and budget.
- Lead production of social creatives, website content, and brand app marketing.
- Ensure synergy across all social campaigns and app download programs.
- Manage budgets and on-ground store activations.
- Align campaigns with the marketing team's key activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth digital launches and social media campaigns.
- Oversee agency partnerships for brand app and social media execution.
- Set up analytics and monitor brand app performance, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive social engagement and online reputation management (ORM) through agency collaboration.
- Analyze the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue.
Stakeholder Interactions:
- Internal: IT, Marketing & Media, Operations, Corp Communications, Global team
- External: Digital/Social Agencies, Website Agency
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing preferred (not mandatory)
- 8-12 years total experience, with 4-5 years in digital marketing
- Familiarity with content creation tools, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
Preferred Experience:
- Retail and e-commerce marketing, FMCG sector experience is a plus.
