We are a highly successful Digital Marketing Division of Globe Life, an S&P 500 company. We are seeking to hire a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to optimize & expand our lead generation efforts across all online channels. This position requires someone who has hands-on expertise managing large scale campaigns through various digital advertising platforms especially Paid search and display, a hyper-analytical mindset, and strong interpersonal & communication skills.


About the Role

We are a direct to consumer large scale advertiser with an advertising budget well into the millions of dollars. As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to ensure campaign KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. This entails the day-to-day management of multi-million dollar Google & Bing Paid Search accounts, Display advertising campaigns (both self-serve & managed), affiliate & first-party Email programs, Coreg & lead post campaigns, as well as new paid media expansion.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the management of new & existing digital marketing campaigns
  • Business development to identify and scale new advertising partners and opportunities
  • End-to-end project management
  • Plan and execute new digital marketing campaigns under the direction of upper management
  • Facilitate A/B Tests across all digital channels and websites
  • Report on campaign performance and provide executive-level summaries
  • Allocate responsibilities and coach junior members of the marketing team as-needed to execute the high-level strategy of the management team
  • Analyze KPIs & make recommendations to improve performance
  • Brand monitoring and competitive intelligence
  • Nurturing vendor relationships and coordinating media buys with outside partners
  • Research and test new types of media
  • Investigate new self-service digital advertising platforms and become an authority on their capabilities
  • Maintain & further develop internal processes for digital asset management and other areas of compliance, DAM solution organization, & project managing ad creation/approvals with the compliance team

Work Schedule: Hybrid, in office Tuesday - Thursday

Globe Life believes in a healthy work-life balance and our employees currently enjoy a hybrid work schedule with the option to Work-From-Home on Mondays & Fridays. The other 3 days of the week, Tuesday - Thursday, our Team members work out of our Culver City office, so it is important that candidates for this position reside in the Greater Los Angeles area and have reliable means of transportation.

This is a full-time position. No agencies, consultants, or contractors will be considered

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years' digital advertising experience
  • Minimum 2-3 year's experience in manager role or senior digital marketing position
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google & Bing Paid Search advertising strategy & marketing best practices
  • Must have experience managing large advertising budgets for direct response campaigns (eg not Branding)
  • Strong familiarity with campaign creation & reporting in self-serve digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola Ads etc.)
  • Firm grasp of performance metrics and KPIs across most/all digital channels
  • Experience working with large datasets and using 3 rd party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Proficiency building reports in Microsoft Excel (Tableau also acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle pressure and shifting deadlines
  • Must be web-savvy and have ability to teach themselves new technology
  • History of Programmatic buying/ DSPs a plus, but not required
